3D Printed Bumper Feet for BG400X/6000

So it’s been a while since my last post. We’ve moved to another city in Denmark and i’ve been using some time to install a proper work environment in my new office with room for my PC, 3D printer and BeoRep utilities (oscilloscope, better lightning for my photos and what not).

This is only going to be a small update so you know that i’m alive; on one of the Beogram 4002’s i’ve recently repaired the bumper feet was gone. I have no idea that it was possible to misplace these or that they could break apart.

I found my reference BG4002 and removed one of the feet, measured it and created a 3D replica in Fusion 360.

It’s a small part so i had to change my layer height from 0.2mm to 0.06mm to make it look decent. So after some minor adjustments and tweaks, I printed 4 copies which looked close to the original. Take a look below yourself.

If you want you can download the .STL files right here and print it on your own 3D printer. With a line width of 0.06mm it takes about 10 minutes to print. You can also see my other 3D models for various B&O products here.

You are welcome to contact me if you have any inquires.
