3D Printed Sledge Pulley for Beogram 400X/6000

As usual, the sledge pulley has small cracks or even falls apart when disassembling the turntable. That was also the case for the Beogram 4002 I'm restoring right now. And as a precaution, i decided to change it.

Equipped with Tinkercad and my beloved calliper I quickly managed to create a 3D model of the sledge pulley.

You can view the model here.

I fired up my Creality Ender 3 and after 20 minutes of printing, I stood with a perfect replication of the sledge pulley! Time to test it in action.

It worked perfectly and as expected. This Beogram will live forever! Below you can see a comparison of the old cracked pulley and the new one.

If you want you can download the .STL files right here and print it on your own 3D printer. With a line width of 0.2mm it takes about 20 minutes to print. You can also see my other 3D models for various B&O products here.

You are welcome to contact me if you have any inquires.

Update, 11-02-2021:
Moved the design to Fusion360. Below is a rendering of the pulley. Looks way better than Tinkercad!
