BG4002 PCB adapter for reservoir capacitors

I am currently restoring a BeoGram 4002 type 5513, and even though the reservoir capacitors usually are within specifications, I replace them to avoid impending issues.
The setup in the 5513 is relatively unique since it consists of a dual capacitor with values of 1000uF & 4000uF. The 1000uF is meant for the CD4 modulator, and the 4000uF is intended for the mainboard. The dual capacitor is no longer available, so I usually print a 3D adapter to hold two new capacitors of 1000Uf and 4700uF, respectively.
I am not keen on directly soldering all these dangling wires to the capacitor feet, so to further optimise the installation, I created a PCB with some advantages over the original setup.
- To ease the installation, the PCB comes with wire markings.
- A bleeder resistor is part of the circuit. The resistor slowly discharges the capacitors when the BeoGram is unplugged.
- An LED gives visual feedback on when the BeoGram is turned on and when the capacitors are discharged, making the BeoGram safe to work with.
- It uses the original holder for the capacitor, removing the need for a 3D-printed adapter. The 1000uF capacitor rests on the bottom of the cabinet.
