Reviving Your BeoWatch with TPU

Every BeoWatch owner knows the frustration of having to deal with the fragility of the original plastic parts in the strap. These parts are prone to tear and can spoil the otherwise luxurious experience of owning a BeoWatch.

I have designed and created a replacement for the BeoWatch using TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). It's a game changer, allowing you to use your BeoWatch again.

TPU is a versatile and durable material that's an ideal choice for crafting the replacement. TPU strikes the perfect balance between flexibility and toughness, making it resistant to abrasion and wear. A professional company prints the prints, but unfortunately, they can only print them in grey for now. It still works, and in my opinion, you don't see the colour when it's attached to your arm, but stay tuned for colour updates.

It is easy to replace the parts. Scrape the old plastic off and use a flexible glue for the new part. You can download the 3D file from this website, or let me know if you need a copy.
