Updates to BeoTac

One of the essential matters when 3D printing is to minimise the print time, so I've optimised the layout of the BeoTac, which reduces the print time by ~45 minutes. The result is a good-looking BeoTac with softer edges.

As I have always been an advocate for open-source software and as I truly believe that it should be as easy as possible for everyone to restore their beloved equipment, the source code, schematics, and 3D design files for BeoTac will be made public in the weeks to follow. The project will be available on GitHub, allowing everyone interested to collaborate. You can find the GitHub repository right here.

The BeoTac will also be renamed to Tachós to avoid copyright infringements.

Additionally, I will utilise the issue tracker to monitor future software releases, bug fixes, and features. Some of my ideas are:

• Add Bluetooth support
• Convert source code to Rust
• Implement a rechargeable battery that obsoletes the USB-to-PC connection
• A new screenless unit:
  • Smaller footprint, decreased print time
  • Develop a smartphone app that receives and visualises data from the Tachós using the Bluetooth connection.
