Light Bulb Tracking Sensor Replacement

When restoring a Beogram 4002, one common weak point is the tiny light bulb used in the tracking sensor. To make future repairs easier and more reliable, I designed a custom PCB replacement that uses an LED and adjustable trimmer — inspired by Menahem and Rudy (Beolover). The updated design allows for precise brightness control using a Vishay T93 trimmer and includes a 3D-printed cover to block stray light. In October 2022, I released a refined version featuring SMD components for an even cleaner, more compact build.
