Mounting brackets
The plastic mounting brackets on the early BeoGram 3000 often break. I replace them with brackets of my own design, made in polypropylene.
The plastic mounting brackets on the early BeoGram 3000 often break, and one of mine came in with both of them broken. There are no spares to be had.
I designed a replacement pair, left and right, and have them made in polypropylene. The brackets take load every time the turntable is handled, and polypropylene is tough and flexes under that load rather than cracking.
The new brackets fit where the originals sat.
The 3D files are free to download, the left bracket and the right bracket.
