Replacing the broken pickup mount on the Beogram 4000

Unfortunately, the plastic tab in the pickup mount on the Beogram 4000 series can break due to wear, stress and age as seen below.
To address this problem, I’ve developed a replacement using a flexible PCB and a new plastic mount. The 3D model and PCB drawings are shown below.
To ensure long-term durability, the parts are manufactured by professionals. The prototypes created on my 3D printer aren’t precise enough due to the layer resolution.
The replacement is printed on a Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) printer with PA12 Nylon with 40% glass beads. I chose the MJF technology since it guarantees perfect layer adhesion and PA12 with glass beads, which improves product stiffness and structural integrity. Furthermore, it reduces warping and is suitable for functional parts that require high strength and dimensional accuracy.
The flexible PCB was made of Polyimide Flex with an FPC thickness of 0.08mm and surface traces with 0.5 oz Cu (18μm) with (3U") Immersion gold (ENIG). This ensures that it is possible to change the pickup multiple times without leaving traces.
For now, this replacement is verified to work with the 4002 and 4004. I will make the design open-source and free to use when I have fine-tuned everything. Below, you'll find a collection of images showing the process and the result. Please let me know if you need a replacement.
Update, 3rd of October 2023:
I've created a new batch in black to keep the same look and feel as the original. The material is still Nylon PA12 GB, but it is painted black with Top Black™ - UV Resistant Dye from Weerg.
Update, 10th of October 2023:
